connect-to-your-breath.

use the best headphones you can, & stay aware of your surroundings. if you can, go to some sweet moving water, or bring water to you. let your senses move toward beauty as you experience it. When you find it, say “I am that” (ref: sis gina breedlove). Notice reflective surfaces, beauty, moving water. Hit play. Move or be still, following what you find beautiful and what feels good to you. If sensations that don’t feel good come, breath and connect to your practice. When you finish listening, be still for a moment. If you want to, reflect by drawing, writing, moving, singing, talking. You are welcomed to share your reflections here.
