Hey beautiful people. It’s been a while since we spoke. I hope y'all are drinking water, taking deep breaths and remembering to have some fun.

Speaking of fun (and breath and water), in just under two weeks, I'll be dancing with and as SUGAR.RIVER.SNAKE. to a soundscape created by the one and only  Kikashima.

Making this chapter of CROWNING has been wild, medicinal, so much fun and sometimes scary. It's been a teacher, and a friend. It's been walking and biking up and down the Queens side of the East River. It's been letting the wild horses of ANXIETY run on ahead while I fall into rhythm with myself.
